260 Global Experts Translate International Chemistry Olympiad Questions into 50 Languages

On the second day of the 56th International Chemistry Olympiad, in Riyadh, the mentors of delegations from participating teams are focused on translating the practical exam. It will be taken by 333 students from 90 countries in the coming days.

Today, the practical exam will be translated into more than 50 languages spoken by the participating countries, with the supervision of 260 global chemistry experts. They are finalizing the translations before the exam is distributed to the competing students.

Last night, mentors of the participating delegations visited the laboratories and held a comprehensive meeting to discuss the practical exam before approving its translation.

This year’s International Chemistry Olympiad is organized by the King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity, "Mawhiba," in strategic partnership with the Ministry of Education, King Saud University, and exclusive sponsor from SABIC.
