The Permanent Secretary Ministry of Defence, Mrs. Rohie Bittaye Darboe took part in the ‘Strategic Context of Defence Management’ course held at the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre (KAIPTC) in Accra, Ghana.
The course is designed to enhance the capacity of participants, drawn from the security sector, to contribute to the development, implementation and review of their respective national security and defence policies.
The course enables participants to identify, analyse, discuss and bring coherent solutions to critical issues of the governance and management of the defence and security sector.
The Ministry of Defence congratulates PS Bittaye Darboe for successfully completing the training course.
