Gambia’s Egalitarian Bounces Back with Multi-million Dollar Project

The return of the King EP Momodou Lamin Bah, alias Egalitarian came with the official launching of the Egalitarian Movement. This is a multi-million dollar project that being managed and presented by a professional entertainment firm, Fizzle Entertainment, to set the standard and  quality needed for the project.

In an exclusive interview with the Gambia Daily Egalitarian gave a brief description of his music career and the multi-million dollar project.

According to him the Moringa Bio-diesel Intensive Farming Project is a Public Private Partnership (PPP) project  planned to cultivate thirty thousand (30, 000) hectares of land with hope to create 90,000 permanent jobs for the Gambian population.

Momodou Lamin Bah disclosed that Continental Africa will construct a biodiesel plant that will generate clean fuel without polluting or destroying the natural bio-diversification and landscape of The Gambia.

Egalitarian is a musical genius who is very near and dear to the hearts of music lovers in The Gambia and beyond. Born in 1981 in Brikama, Western Region of The Gambia, Egalitarian came from a family that has deep roots in music. His father was a celebrated violin player. Bitten by the musical bug at a very tender age, Egalitarian formed his owned group called D Tribinal in 1997 and one year later, he left the group to start his solo career.

He has been an international musician since 1997 and founder of Gainako Foundation for Children’s Development. Gainako is fervently committed to child development, women’s liberation, peace and social justice, and youth participation in global development. He is a member of Artist United for Rap in Africa (AURA) a pro-children’s rights organization under the auspices of Plan-International, Dakar Senegal.

Egalitarian released the musical EP entitled THE RETURN OF THE KING a three-track project in 2022.

Egalitarian and the Dinkendo Family Band has gained regional, national and global recognition, and has participated in many festivals and concerts around the world representing The Gambia. He has devoted his life and music to the advancement of human civilization.

His humanitarian efforts include donating food items to orphans and offering free eight-track album in the campaign against HIV/AIDS and the integration of the African people.

Currently Egalitarian is embarking on  two international tours in both  Europe for the purpose of  exchanging culture  and education using his music as a medium to promote values that unite all people.

Explaining the multi-million dollar project in a press conference, the musical sensation said the project is entirely designed to mitigate migration and empower the Gambian people, and that the project theme EP songs are mainly centered on messages that address peace, unity, development, and youth empowerment.

The movement’s primary goal is to raise awareness and support youth empowerment and social activities, promote democracy and rule of law. He further explained that this is a rare opportunity for the people of The Gambia  especially young people.

He concluded by thanking all contributors to the EP project and hoping the long-standing trust will continue to flourish in years ahead.

The EP Songs that would be launched as part of the project entails three songs mixed and mastered by various music producers.
