The Ministry of Youth and Sports (MoYS) has approved a 12 million Dalasi contribution to The Gambia Football Federation’s (GFF) budget for flight tickets, hotel accommodations, and match bonuses for The Gambia’s AFCON 2025 qualification matches against Madagascar.
This funding will support The Gambia’s double qualifications games against Madagascar, both to be played in Morocco. The team, which arrived in Casablanca over the weekend, is set to play against Madagascar on 11th October and 14th October 2024.
The Ministry extends its best wishes to the Scorpions as they embark on AFCON 2025 match day 2 and 3 qualifiers.
